He was a sculptor as the first job. Then he got some idea and wanted to translate them to film. However, at this time he did not have enough experience to shoot these straight ideas become movie. He decided to study how to expert in camera. Then he recognized that light was very important to make a successful movie. He started to learn about lighting. Finally, he also studied how to edit and give effects for a movie by himself. He was already an artist so that when he becomes a director, his film contains many aspects and aesthetics of art.
